Purpose
MM DataToolbox is a personal data-processing and monitoring tool that may use the Gmail API to send automated notification emails.
Google data accessed
The application requests only the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send OAuth scope.
This permission allows MM DataToolbox to send email on behalf of the
Google account that has explicitly authorized the application.
How Google data is used
Gmail access is used solely to send operational notification messages. MM DataToolbox does not use the Gmail API to read, modify, or delete mailbox contents and does not access Google Contacts.
Sharing and advertising
Google user data is not sold, shared for advertising purposes, or used for advertising profiling. Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and tokens are kept privately in the environment where MM DataToolbox runs. They are not published on this website and are not intentionally committed to public source-code repositories.
Retention and deletion
OAuth tokens are retained only for as long as they are needed to provide authorized notification delivery. Authorization may be revoked through the user's Google Account security settings. Locally stored credentials and tokens can then be deleted from the system running MM DataToolbox.
